Welcome to Listybox Early Access! Here's how the onboarding process works step-by-step:
🧭 1. Application & First Contact
Once you express interest in Listybox, we evaluate your profile and reach out with a short introduction. If your case is suitable, we initiate the early access invitation flow.
📋 2. Understanding Your Needs
Before sending your invitation, we briefly learn about your current setup:
Do you already have an Etsy store?
What kind of products do you sell (or plan to sell)?
What are your goals with Listybox?
This helps us tailor the onboarding experience and tools to your use case.
🎟️ 3. Sending the Invitation
We generate a personalized Early Access invitation link.
Once you accept the invite, your access to the system is activated and your onboarding session is scheduled.
🗓️ 4. 1-on-1 Onboarding Call
We meet for a quick onboarding session (typically 15–20 mins).
In this call, we:
Walk through the platform
Help you upload your first products
Ensure your visuals/titles/descriptions are AI-optimized
Set up your first listings together
🛒 5. First-Sale Guarantee Activation
After onboarding, we start your “first-sale guaranteed” window.
During this period, we work closely with you to ensure your first listing becomes a successful sale.
