🧾 1. Start by selecting a product concept
Choose a category (e.g. home decor, apparel, wall art) and define your niche or theme.
🎨 2. Pick or generate visuals
Use our pre-trained AI visual library
Or generate custom visuals with prompts
Each visual is uniquely styled and optimized for your chosen niche.
✍️ 3. Customize listing details
Listybox automatically prepares:
SEO-friendly title
Keyword-rich description
Relevant tags
You can edit and adjust all fields.
🔗 4. Connect your Etsy store
If not already done, link your Etsy store from the “Settings” tab.
This only takes a few seconds and is required for publishing.
🚀 5. Publish to Etsy
Once your product is ready, just click "Publish".
Listybox handles the rest — including scheduling your listings to go live at optimal intervals (e.g. one per hour).
💡 Tip:
You can set auto-scheduling or publish instantly. For new stores, we recommend spacing out listings for better algorithm performance.
