Important: All Products Are Made-to-Order

All products on Listybox are specially produced upon order (Print-on-Demand). Therefore, our return policy is designed to align with the nature of custom-made products.


βœ… Returns Accepted (30 Days)

You have the right to FREE return or reproduction in the following cases:

  • 🎨 Print/Production Error: If the product quality is below standard

  • πŸ“¦ Wrong Product: If you received a different product than ordered

  • πŸ’” Damaged/Defective Product: If the product arrived damaged or defective

  • πŸ“ Quality Issue: If the product doesn't meet our defined quality standards

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team

  2. Share photos of the product

  3. We'll evaluate and provide a solution (reproduction or refund)


❌ Returns NOT Accepted

The following situations are NOT eligible for returns due to custom production:

  • πŸ’­ Change of Mind: "I don't want it anymore" or "I want a different color"

  • πŸ‘• Wrong Size Selection: Ordering without checking the size chart

  • 🎨 Expectation Difference: "Not what I imagined" or "Color looks different on screen"

Returns accepted within 30 days for: 
- Production/printing errors
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item shipped
No returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selection
- Personal preference
All items are made-to-order and produced specially for you.

🌍 International Orders (Outside USA)

90% of our manufacturers are located in the United States. For international shipments:

  • Processing time remains the same (3 days)

  • Delivery time may vary by region

  • Customs fees are the customer's responsibility
