What is Reserve?
Reserve allows you to claim an artwork exclusively for your use. When you reserve a design:
No other Listybox user can use it
Allows you to create unique listings
Provides competitive advantage on Etsy
Permanently belongs to you

How to Reserve
Method 1: From Gallery
Find a design you like in Artwork Gallery
Click the "Reserve" button on the artwork card
See credit usage in confirmation window
Confirm with "Reserve"
Method 2: From Detail Page
Click on artwork to open detail page
Click the "Reserve" button in the top right
Confirm credit usage
Method 3: Bulk Reserve
Select multiple artworks in gallery (checkbox)
Select "Bulk Reserve" from bulk action menu
View total credit usage and confirm
Credit System
Reserve operations consume credits. About the credit system:
Plan | Monthly Credits | Per Reserve |
FREE | 1,000 credits | 1 credit |
STARTER | 5,000 credits | 1 credit |
PROFESSIONAL | 20,000 credits | 1 credit |
ENTERPRISE | 100,000 credits | 1 credit |
⚠️ Note: Your credits don't reset at month end, they accumulate. However, if you downgrade your plan, the monthly addition amount changes.
Like System
Like allows you to show appreciation for an artwork in the Artwork Gallery:
Free, doesn't consume credits
Increases the artwork's like count
Helps identify popular designs in the community
Adding a Like:
Click the ❤️ icon on the artwork card in Artwork Gallery
The like count increases
Removing a Like:
Click the ❤️ icon on the same artwork again
Your like is removed
⚠️ Note: Like doesn't reserve the artwork or save it to a separate list. It only leaves a like.

Your reserved artworks appear in My Artworks → Reserved.

Can I cancel an artwork I reserved?
No, the reserve action is permanent. We recommend carefully evaluating the design before reserving.
Will my reserved artwork be deleted?
No, artworks you reserve permanently belong to you and won't be deleted.
Can I get an artwork someone else reserved?
No, reserved artworks belong only to that user. You can search the gallery for similar designs.
What happens if I don't have enough credits?
The reserve action won't proceed. You can purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan.
Can I get a credit refund for artworks I reserved but didn't use?
No, the reserve action is irreversible and no credit refunds are given.
Can I both Like and Reserve an artwork?
Yes, Like is just a like indicator. Reserve claims the artwork for you. They serve different functions.
