Important: All Products Are Made-to-Order

All products on Listybox are specially produced after your order (Print-on-Demand). Therefore, our return policy is designed in accordance with the nature of custom-made products.

Accepted Return Cases (30 Days)

You have the right to FREE return or reproduction in the following cases:

If the print quality is below standard

📦 Wrong Product

If you received a different product

💔 Damaged/Defective Product

If the product arrived damaged or defective

📏 Quality Problem

If the product doesn't meet our quality standards

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team

  2. Share product photos

  3. We'll evaluate and offer a solution (reproduction or refund)

Non-Accepted Return Cases

The following cases cannot be accepted for returns as they fall under custom production:

How to State in Your Etsy Store

Add to Product Descriptions:

Production: 3 business days | Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • ✅ Returns accepted for production defects only

❌ No returns for size/color preference changes

Shipping Profile Settings (Etsy):

  • Processing Time: 3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days

  • Returns: "Returns and exchanges accepted (conditions apply)"

Return Policy (What to write on Etsy):

Returns accepted within 30 days for:
  • Production/printing errors

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong item shipped

No returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection

  • Personal preference

All items are made-to-order and produced specially for you.

International Orders

90% of our manufacturers are located in the USA. For international shipments:

  • Processing time is the same (3 days)

  • Delivery time may vary by region

  • Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
