General Questions

What is Listybox and what does it do?

Listybox is a print-on-demand (POD) platform designed for Etsy sellers. It allows you to do the following from one place:

  • Combine products and designs

  • Create professional mockup images

  • Generate SEO-optimized listing content

  • Automatically send listings to Etsy

  • Manage orders

⚠️ Important: Listybox is designed for POD products only. It is not suitable for your own manufactured products (jewelry, handmade items, etc.).

Can I sell my own manufactured products (jewelry, handmade)?

No, Listybox is designed specifically for POD (print-on-demand) products only. It is not suitable for your own manufactured jewelry, handmade items, or products you have in stock. The platform is optimized for products manufactured through print providers (t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.).

Do I need an Etsy shop to use Listybox?

You can use Listybox without Etsy integration. You can create mockups and prepare listing content. However, for automatic listing submission (Push), you need to connect your Etsy shop.

Is there a Listybox mobile app?

There is currently no separate mobile app, but it is under development. Since the web platform is fully mobile responsive, you can easily use it from your phone or tablet.

Can I use it for Amazon too?

Currently, full Etsy integration is active. You can create listings for Amazon and export them as CSV, but automatic Push feature is not yet available. Amazon integration will be added soon.


Account and Registration

How can I create an account?

  1. Click the Sign Up button

  2. Enter your email address and password

  3. Click the verification link sent to your email

  4. Your account is active!

Is there a free plan?

Yes! Our Free plan is completely free and doesn't require card information:

  • 1,000 credits per month

  • 500 welcome bonus

  • All basic features

  • 1 Etsy shop connection

How does the trial work?

  • No trial for Free plan, you use it directly for free

  • 3 days free trial for paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)

  • Card information required for trial

  • No charge if canceled during trial

  • A new 3-day trial starts when upgrading to a higher package

I forgot my password, what should I do?

  1. Click the Forgot Password link on the login page

  2. Enter your registered email address

  3. A password reset link will be sent to your email

  4. Click the link and set your new password

How can I delete my account?

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Your request will be processed within 48 hours. After the account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed.


Credit System

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are units used to perform operations in Listybox. Each operation consumes a certain amount of credits:

What happens when I run out of credits?

When your daily quota runs out:

  • You cannot perform operations requiring credits

  • Your existing listings are not affected

  • New daily quota becomes active the next day

  • You can upgrade to a higher package if desired

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No, unused credits do not roll over to the next month. However, if you exceed your daily quota during the month, you can use additional credits up to your monthly limit.

Can I purchase extra credits?

There is currently no separate credit sale. If you need more credits, we recommend upgrading to a higher package. For special needs, contact [email protected].


Subscription and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • All international cards including Turkish cards

  • 3D Secure supported

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, automatic invoices are issued for all payments. You can access your invoices from Settings > Billing > Invoices.

How can I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription

  2. Click the Cancel Subscription button

  3. Select your cancellation reason

  4. Confirm

After cancellation, you can continue using until the end of the current period.

How do I change my plan?

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription

  2. Select the new package

  3. A new 3-day trial starts when upgrading

  4. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period

Can I get a refund?

  • Cancellation during trial: No charge

  • Within 7 days after payment: Full refund

  • After 7 days: Prorated refund considered

Products and Design

What file formats do you support?

For Artwork:

  • PNG (recommended for transparent background)

  • JPG/JPEG

  • SVG

Recommended resolution: Minimum 300 DPI

Can I use my own designs?

Yes! You can upload your own designs from the My Artworks section. You can also directly transfer designs you created in Canva through the Canva integration.

Are the designs in Artwork Gallery paid?

Selecting artwork from the Gallery consumes credits but there is no additional license fee. The designs you select have commercial use rights.

What size should the design be?

It varies by product:

  • T-shirt: 4500x5400 px recommended

  • Mug: 2700x1100 px recommended

  • Poster: Varies by print size

Pay attention to print area boundaries in Placement Editor.


Etsy Integration

How do I connect my Etsy shop?

  1. Go to Stores > Connect Store

  2. Select Etsy

  3. Log in with Etsy

  4. Approve permissions

  5. Your shop is connected!

Can I set different profit margins for each variation?

Yes! In addition to setting a general profit margin in your store settings, you can define different profit margins for each variation by going into listing details. This is especially useful when different sizes or colors have different production costs.

Can I connect multiple Etsy shops?

Each subscription package has 1 Etsy shop connection right. For multiple shops, you need to create separate Listybox accounts.

My Etsy connection was disconnected, what should I do?

  1. Go to Stores section

  2. Click the Reconnect button

  3. Log in with Etsy again

  4. Approve permissions

If the problem persists, clear your browser cookies and try again.

I'm getting an error on listing push

Most common reasons:

  • Etsy token expired → Reconnect

  • Listing information incomplete → Check title, description, price

  • Images couldn't be uploaded → Check file size (max 10MB)

  • Etsy limits → Daily listing limit may be exceeded

Orders and Production

How are orders processed?

Listybox uses a semi-automatic order system:

  1. Customer places order on Etsy

  2. Order syncs to Listybox

  3. You confirm order details

  4. It's sent to the print provider

  5. Production and shipping is done

Which print providers can I use?

Our active print providers:

  • Prinwork

  • Gigi

  • Printify

  • Prinella

Different product varieties and pricing are available for each provider.

Can I track shipping?

Yes, when the order is produced and shipped, the tracking number is added to the system. You can track it from the Orders section. The customer also receives an automatic notification.

What happens if a customer requests a return?

Return policy varies by print provider. Generally:

  • Production error: Full refund or reproduction

  • Customer preference: Returns accepted within certain period

  • Damaged product: Return/exchange with photo evidence

Features

What does Magic Wand do?

Magic Wand automatically generates for listings created through Listybox:

  • SEO-optimized title (up to 13 keywords)

  • Detailed product description

  • 13 relevant tags

  • Multiple product images

  • Video (Professional package and above)

It consumes 5 credits.

⚠️ Note: Magic Wand is only used when creating Listybox listings or for rewriting Listybox products. It cannot be applied to your existing Etsy listings.

What is ListyStyle?

ListyStyle is an advanced visual generation engine that creates professional product images and videos:

  • Image: Static visual (20 credits)

  • Video: 2-8 second video (100 credits/sec)

  • Prompt: Generate prompt for visual (5 credits)

What does Trend Compass do?

Trend Compass allows you to discover popular and trending designs. You can see what types of designs are selling in which categories and add trending artworks to your collection. Artwork selection consumes 10 credits.

How does Scheduled Publish work?

You can automatically send your listings to Etsy at a specific date and time:

  1. Create the listing

  2. Check the Schedule option

  3. Select date and time

  4. Listing is automatically pushed at the specified time


Security and Privacy

Is my data safe?

Yes, your data is safe:

  • Data transfer with SSL encryption

  • Secure payment processing with Stripe

  • GDPR compliant data storage

  • Regular security audits

Can I download my data?

Yes, you can request your data under GDPR. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Download Request". Your data will be delivered within 30 days.
