Why Should I Connect Etsy?
When you connect your Etsy store:
You can push listings to Etsy with one click
Automatic synchronization is activated
You can manage your store data from Listybox
Order flow is automated
Prerequisites
Before connecting Etsy:
Active Etsy store - Must have seller account
Listybox account - At least FREE plan
Email verification - On both platforms
⚠️ Note: Connection cannot be established without an Etsy seller account.
Connection Steps
Step 1: Go to Etsy Connection Page
Select "Settings" or "Integrations" from the left menu
Click on the "Etsy Connection" card
Click the "Connect Etsy Store" button
Step 2: Etsy OAuth Authorization
You'll be redirected to Etsy's official login page:
Log in with your Etsy account (if not already)
Review permission requests
Click the "Allow Access" button
Step 3: Shop Selection
If you have multiple Etsy shops:
Select the shop you want to connect
Click the "Connect Selected Shop" button

Tip: Each shop requires a separate connection. Only 1 store per channel is allowed (except Enterprise+).
Step 4: Connection Confirmation
After successful connection:

Listybox requests these Etsy permissions:

Synchronization Settings
Set synchronization preferences after connection:
Setting Descriptions:
Auto-sync listings: Automatically push changes from Listybox
Sync frequency: How often to synchronize
Sync inventory: Sync stock/variation changes
Sync orders: Pull orders (for manual fulfillment)
Disconnecting
To disconnect Etsy:
Go to Settings > Etsy Connection
Click the "Disconnect" button next to the relevant shop
Select "Confirm Disconnect" in the confirmation window

Stops push from Listybox to Etsy
Does not delete your existing Etsy listings
Does not delete your listing data in Listybox
Troubleshooting
"Connection Failed" Error
Possible Causes:
Pop-up blocker active
Etsy session closed
Network problem
Solution:
Disable pop-up blocker
Check your Etsy session
Refresh the page and try again
"Token Expired" Error
OAuth token times out after a certain period.
Solution:
Click the "Reconnect" button
Re-authorize on Etsy
Connection is renewed
"Shop Not Found" Error
Etsy shop not found.
Possible Causes:
Shop closed/suspended
Logged in with wrong account
Shop not yet created
Solution:
Check that you're logged in with the correct Etsy account
Check Etsy seller dashboard

Listybox does not store your Etsy password
Tokens stored encrypted

No, each Etsy shop can only connect to one Listybox account.
Do I need to give my Etsy password to Listybox?
No, thanks to the OAuth system, you don't share your password. You only authorize on Etsy.
If I disconnect, will my Etsy listings be deleted?
No, your Etsy listings are not affected.
