What is Listing Push?
Listing Push is the process of sending listings you've prepared in Listybox to your Etsy store. After push, the listing:
Is published on Etsy
Is visible to customers
Becomes ready for sale
Pre-Push Checklist
Check these before pushing:

Single Listing Push
Step 1: Open Listing
Go to My Listings
Click on the listing you want to push
Step 2: Click Push Button
Click the "Push to Etsy" button in the top right
Push preview is displayed
Step 3: Select Etsy Shop If multiple shops are connected: Step 4: Push Confirmation
Bulk Push
To push multiple listings at once:
Select listing cards in My Listings (checkbox)
Click the "Bulk Push" button
Select destination shop

Push Options
Publish Status
Active: Immediately available for sale, visible to customers
Draft: Saved as draft on Etsy, invisible until you publish
Inactive: Listed but hidden, can activate when you want
Renew Option
Etsy listings expire after 4 months. With auto-renew, they're automatically renewed.
After Push
After successful push:
Etsy Listing Link: Direct link to Etsy page
Status Update: Updated to "Listed" in Listybox
Etsy Listing ID: ID saved for synchronization

How synchronization works after push:
Listybox → Etsy:
Title change → Updated on Etsy
Description change → Updated on Etsy
Price change → Updated on Etsy
Image change → Updated on Etsy
Etsy → Listybox:
Sale status → Reflected in Listybox
Stock change → Reflected in Listybox
Order info → Pulled to Listybox
⚠️ Note: Two-way sync is automatic. Manual changes on Etsy are reflected in Listybox.
Push Errors and Solutions
"Image Upload Failed"
Minimum 1500px width
Maximum 10MB file size
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
"Title Too Long"
Shorten title to 140 characters
Important keywords in first 40 characters
"Tag Validation Error"
Each tag max 20 characters
Avoid special characters
Min 1, max 13 tags

Is push free?
Listybox doesn't charge push fees. However, Etsy's $0.20 listing fee applies.
Can I push the same listing to multiple shops?
Yes, you can push separately to different Etsy shops.
Can I undo a push?
Push cannot be undone, but you can delete or deactivate the listing on Etsy.
How long does push take?
Usually a few seconds. Image upload may take a bit longer.
What happens if push fails?
Error message is shown and you can fix and retry.
