OAuth tokens expire after a period for security.

Go to Store Settings
Find affected store

Store closed: Etsy store may be closed
Vacation mode: Store in vacation mode
API access revoked: Permissions revoked on Etsy

Turn off vacation mode if on

Cause
You're trying to connect multiple stores from the same sales channel. All plans allow 1 store per channel. Store Structure:
All plans: 1 store/channel (currently Etsy only, other channels coming soon!)
Enterprise+: Unlimited stores

Option 1: Remove Existing Store
Go to Store Settings
Disconnect store from the same channel
Connect new store

Upgrade to Enterprise+ for unlimited stores
Error: "Connection Timeout"
Causes
Slow internet: Low connection speed
