Overview

There are 5 main steps to create products and upload to Etsy with Listybox:

Product Selection - Choose a product from Catalog
Artwork Selection - Add a design
Create Creation - Combine Product + Artwork
Create Listing - Add SEO and pricing
Push to Etsy - Upload to your store

Step 1: Product Selection

First, select the product you want to sell.

Accessing Product Catalog:

Click "Product Catalog" in the left menu
Browse by categories (T-Shirt, Hoodie, Mug, etc.)
Find the product you want

Adding a Product:

Hover over the product card
Click "Add to My Products" button
Select color and size options
Save

Tip: Focus on best-selling colors. Unnecessary variations = unnecessary complexity.

Step 2: Artwork Selection

Select the design to be added to your product.

Artwork Sources:

Source	Description
Artwork Gallery	Listybox's ready-made designs
Your Own Design	Upload to My Artworks
Reserved Artworks	Unique, only yours

Adding Artwork:

Select "Artwork Gallery" or "My Artworks" from the left menu
Find the design you like
Click "Reserve" (for uniqueness) or "Like" button

⚠️

Important: Reserved artworks belong only to you. Other sellers cannot use them.

Step 3: Creating a Creation

Combine Product and Artwork to create a Creation.

Accessing Creation Wizard:

Click "Add to Wizard" button in My Products or My Artworks
Or select "Creation Wizard" from the left menu

Wizard Steps:

Select Product (or auto-filled if previously selected)
Select Artwork (Reserved, Liked or Uploaded)
Adjust Placement (Fit or Position mode)
Select Variations (color and size combinations)
Preview and Save

Save Options:

Save as Draft: Save as draft
Save & Continue: Save and create new creation
Save & Go to Listings: Save and go to listing

Step 4: Creating a Listing

Convert your Creation to a sales-ready Listing.

Creating a Listing:

Go to My Creations
Select a creation in "Ready" status
Click "Create Listing" button

Listing Form:

Field	Description
Title	Title (max 140 characters)
Description	Product description
Tags	Keywords (max 13)
Price	Selling price
Category	Etsy category

Step 5: Push to Etsy

Upload your listing to your Etsy store.

Etsy Connection (first time):

Go to Settings > Integrations
Click "Connect Etsy" button
Authorize on Etsy
Select your store

Listing Push:

Go to My Listings
Select a listing in "Ready to Publish" status
Click "Push to Etsy" button
Track push status

Push Options:

Push as Draft: Saves as draft on Etsy
Push as Active: Opens for sale directly

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to upload my first product?

Experienced users can create their first product in 5-10 minutes. It may take a bit longer the first time as you need to familiarize yourself with the platform.

Can I use my own designs?

Yes! You can upload your own designs from the My Artworks section. PNG format and minimum 300 DPI resolution are recommended.

Can I use it without an Etsy store?

Yes, you can create Creations and Listings without Etsy. Etsy connection is only required for the push stage.

I have multiple Etsy stores, can I connect all of them?

Yes, you can connect multiple Etsy stores from Settings > Integrations.

Can I edit the product I uploaded?

Yes, you can edit from both Listybox and Etsy. Changes are synchronized.
