Listybox works with the Print-on-Demand (POD) model. The order flow is as follows:
How POD Model Works
In the Print-on-Demand model:
No inventory: Products are made when orders come in
No upfront investment: Production cost is per order
Minimal risk: No unsold inventory problem
Automatic production: Orders go to production automatically

Order sent to manufacturer (Prinwork or Gigi):
Artwork files sent
Product specs transferred

After production:
Print quality checked
Product packaged
Prepared for shipping

Contracted shipping with carrier

Contact CST, they'll check with manufacturer and update customer.
Damaged Product
Request photo evidence, report to CST, reproduction or refund initiated.
Wrong Product
Report to CST with order details, correct product sent free, wrong product usually not returned.
Order Cancellation
Before Production: Usually possible, full refund. After Production: Difficult/impossible, partial refund possible.

When will my order be produced?
Orders typically enter production within 1-2 business days. Total production time is 2-5 business days.
How do I get tracking number?
Tracking info is automatically created when order ships and sent to you.
Customer wants to change order, what do I do?
If production hasn't started, contact CST immediately. Once started, changes usually not possible.
Is there bulk order discount?
Standard pricing applies. Custom pricing available for very high volume with Enterprise plan.
Can I ship from my own address?
No, POD model ships directly from manufacturer to customer. Works on dropshipping logic.
