How Render Process Works

  1. Artwork + Product selection

  2. Placement Editor (position/size)

  3. Added to render queue

  4. Mockup image generated

  5. Creation saved

Causes

Solutions

Step 1: Check Artwork

  1. Go to My Artworks

  2. Find the artwork

  3. Verify preview looks correct

  4. Re-upload if corrupt

Step 2: Check File Specs

  • Format: PNG, JPG (PNG for transparency)

  • Min resolution: 300 DPI

  • Max file size: 50 MB (10-20 MB ideal)

  • Color mode: RGB (sRGB)

Step 3: Edit Placement

  1. Return to Creation Wizard

  2. Open Placement Editor

  3. Ensure artwork is within print area

  4. Save and retry render

Error: "Mockup Not Generating"

Causes

  1. Queue congestion: Too many render requests

  2. Browser issue: JavaScript or cache problem

  3. Network interruption: Connection dropped

Solutions

Step 1: Refresh Page

  • F5 or browser refresh

  • Process may be continuing in background

  • Check in My Creations

Step 2: Clear Browser Cache

  • Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R

  • Clear cache for Listybox

Step 3: Try Different Browser

  • Chrome recommended

  • Firefox alternative

  • Try Incognito/Private mode

Error: "Low Quality Mockup"

Cause

Artwork file is not high enough resolution.

Solutions

Step 1: Check Artwork Resolution

  • T-Shirt: Min 3000x3000 px

  • Mug: Min 2400x1000 px

  • Poster: Min 3600x4800 px

Step 2: Upload Higher Resolution

  1. Upscale in source program

  2. Export as PNG

  3. Re-upload to My Artworks

  4. Recreate the creation

Error: "Placement Out of Bounds"

Cause

Artwork extends beyond printable area.

Solution

  1. Open Placement Editor

  2. Click "Fit to Area"

  3. Or manually resize smaller

  4. Keep within print area (green/blue frame)

  5. Save and render

Error: "Color Mismatch"

Causes

  1. Color profile: CMYK vs RGB

  2. Monitor calibration: Screen colors misleading

  3. Transparency: Alpha interpretation error

Solutions

  1. Use sRGB: Save artwork with sRGB profile

  2. Use PNG: For transparency needs

  3. Check source: Verify RGB color mode

Error: "Variant Render Error"

Causes

  1. Incompatible artwork: Doesn't work with certain colors

  2. Transparent artwork issues: White on white, black on black

  3. Product template issue: Specific variant template broken

Solutions

  1. Check artwork compatibility with product colors

  2. Skip problematic variants

  3. Use alternative artwork versions

Error: "Timeout Error"

Causes

  1. Too many variants: Too much to render at once

  2. Large file: Processing takes long

  3. Server load: Busy period

Solutions

  1. Select fewer variants (max 10-15 at once)

  2. Reduce file size (10-20 MB ideal)

  3. Try at different time (off-peak hours)

Optimal Artwork Preparation

  • Format: PNG (for transparency)

  • Resolution: Min 300 DPI

  • Color mode: sRGB

  • Size: Match product template

  • Transparency: Clean alpha channel

  • File size: 10-20 MB ideal

How long does render take?

Usually 10-30 seconds per variant. Multi-variant creations may take several minutes.

Is mockup quality same as print quality?

No, artwork is safe. Only the render process fails.

Why don't some variants render?

Usually color incompatibility. White artwork on white product is hard to see.

Can I edit mockups?

Yes, you can return to Placement Editor from Creation Wizard.
