What are Queues?
Queues manage background operations in Listybox. Bulk operations, renders, and synchronizations are processed sequentially in this system. Operations Processed in Queue:
Mockup renders
Bulk creation
Etsy listing push
Synchronization tasks
Artwork import
Accessing the Queues Page
Click "Queues" in the left menu
Or click the queue icon in the top bar
Queue Statuses

1. Mockup Render
Mockup images are rendered when a creation is made.

2. Bulk Creation
Bulk creation operations.

Batch Size | 10 creations/batch |
3. Etsy Push
Pushing listings to Etsy.

4. Sync Operations
Store synchronization.

Managing Queue Operations
Cancelling an Operation
You can cancel an operation that hasn't started yet (Pending):
Click on the operation row
Click the "Cancel" button
Confirm
⚠️ Note: Operations in Processing status cannot be cancelled.
Retrying a Failed Operation
To restart a Failed operation:
Click on the Failed operation row
Click the "Retry" button
Operation is added back to queue

Operations are processed in priority order:

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an operation take?
Varies by operation type and current load. Mockup render 5-30 seconds, bulk operations may take longer.
Can I speed up my queued operations?
No, operations are processed sequentially. However, higher plans allow more concurrent operations.
Will I lose my data if an operation fails?
No, you can restart failed operations with "Retry".
Why isn't my operation starting even though the queue is empty?
There might be system maintenance or a temporary issue. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Can I cancel an operation in Processing status?
No, only Pending operations can be cancelled.
