Listybox uses a credit-based subscription system with four main plans:

Credit Rules:

  • Credits renew monthly

  • Unused credits don't roll over

  • Instant credits on upgrade

  • Welcome bonus valid for 7 days

Free Trial

All paid plans include 3-day free trial:

  1. Select plan and click "Start Free Trial"

  2. Enter card info (no charge)

  3. 3 days full access

  4. Automatic billing after trial

  5. Cancel within trial period to avoid charges

Plan Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription

  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"

  3. Select new plan

  4. 3-day trial starts

  5. Upgrade becomes permanent after trial

Plan Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription

  2. Use "Change Plan" option

  3. Select lower plan

  4. Read warnings and confirm

Downgrade takes effect next billing cycle.

Subscription Cancellation

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription

  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"

  3. Select reason (optional)

  4. Confirm

After cancellation:

  • Access until period ends

  • Downgrade to FREE plan

  • Data is preserved

  • Can reactivate anytime

Charged After Cancellation?

If you were charged after cancelling, check the following:

How to Verify Cancellation:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription

  2. Status should show "Cancelled"

  3. Check for cancellation confirmation email

Resolution Steps:

  1. Check subscription status at Settings > Subscription

  2. Compare cancellation date with payment date

  3. If wrongly charged, email [email protected]:

- Subject: "Post-Cancellation Refund - [Your email]" - Payment date and amount - Cancellation date

7-Day Guarantee: All wrongful charges are refunded within 7 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are plan changes immediate?

Upgrades start 3-day trial, then apply. Downgrades effective next cycle.

Will my data be deleted if I cancel?

No, data is preserved. You'll downgrade to FREE.

Do credits roll over?

No, unused credits reset at month end.

What happens when daily limit is reached?

Resets next day, or you can upgrade.

Is there a refund?

Full refund available within 7 days.

I cancelled but was still charged, what should I do?

First verify cancellation at Settings > Subscription. If cancelled but wrongly charged, email [email protected]. Refunds processed within 7 business days.

What does 1 store per channel mean?

You can connect one store from each sales channel. Currently only Etsy integration is active. Amazon, Trendyol, and other channels coming soon!
