Payment Infrastructure

Listybox uses Stripe for payments:

  • PCI DSS Level 1 compliant

  • 256-bit SSL encryption

  • Fraud protection

  • 3D Secure support

Card info is stored securely by Stripe, not on Listybox servers.

Adding Payment Info

When paying for the first time:

  1. Select plan and click "Subscribe"

  2. Payment form opens

  3. Enter card details

  4. Click "Pay"

  5. Confirm 3D Secure if applicable

Updating Payment Info

To update existing payment method:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods

  2. Click "Update Payment Method"

  3. Enter new card info

  4. Save

Multiple Payment Methods

Add multiple cards and set a default for automatic payments.

Billing Address

Edit your billing address including company info and Tax ID for invoices.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew:

  • Automatic payment each period

  • Invoice email after successful payment

  • Retry on failed payment

Turn off in Settings > Subscription.

Payment Failure

If payment fails:

  1. Email notification sent

  2. 72 hours to fix

  3. Account downgraded to FREE plan if not resolved

Common reasons: Insufficient funds, expired card, 3D Secure rejection, card closed.

Invoices

Access all invoices in Settings > Billing > Invoices. Download as PDF.

Corporate Invoice

Add company info for corporate invoicing:

  • Company name

  • Tax ID

  • Address

Currency

Listybox invoices in USD. Bank conversion rates apply.

Tax (VAT)

VAT/tax varies by region. EU business customers can add VAT number for exemption.

  • Ensure HTTPS in URL

  • Don't click suspicious email links

  • Don't share card info

Report suspicious transactions to [email protected] immediately.

Troubleshooting

Card Declined: Check card info, balance, call bank, try different card. 3D Secure Failed: Enter SMS code correctly, check bank app, call bank. Invalid Card Number: Check card number, expiry, CVV.

Yes, Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and info is encrypted.

How do I turn off auto-renewal?

Settings > Subscription > Auto-renewal: OFF

How do I download invoice PDF?

Settings > Billing > Invoices > Download

Full refund possible within first 7 days.

Can I pay in a different currency?

No, all payments are in USD. Bank applies conversion.
