Requirements
A valid email address
A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
Step 1: Go to the Registration Page
Navigate to app-test.listybox.com
Click the "Sign Up" button
Step 2: Enter Your Information
Fill in the following information in the registration form:
Field | Description |
Your active email address | |
Password | Minimum 8 characters, include uppercase/lowercase and numbers |
Name | Your name as it will appear on your profile |

Tip: We recommend using your business email. It doesn't need to be the same as your Etsy store email.
Step 3: Email Verification
After registration, a verification link is sent to your email address
Open your email and click the "Verify Email" button
The link will automatically redirect you to Listybox

Use the "Resend" option
Step 4: Profile Settings
Once your account is active, you can configure your profile settings:
Profile Information:
Profile photo
Business name
Time zone
Notification Preferences:
Email notifications
In-app notifications
Subscription Plan Selection
After registration, you start with the FREE plan by default. This plan gives you:

✅ Limited monthly credits

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I create multiple accounts?
One account can be created per email address. If you have multiple Etsy stores, you can manage all of them from a single Listybox account.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive a password reset email.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can update your email address from Settings > Profile.
Can I delete my account?
For account deletion, please contact our support team.
