How Can I Delete My Account?

Follow these steps to delete your account:

Step 1: Send an email to [email protected] Step 2: Write the email subject as:

Account Deletion Request - [Your email address]

Step 3: In the email content, specify:

Your registered email address
Confirmation of your deletion request
Any special notes if applicable

Step 4: Our team will process your request within 48 hours Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email when account deletion is complete

Things to Consider Before Account Deletion

⚠️ Important Warnings:

Irreversible: Account deletion cannot be undone
All Data Deleted: Artworks, creations, listings, and all your data will be permanently deleted
Etsy Connection: Your existing listings on Etsy will not be affected, but you cannot manage them through Listybox
Active Subscription: If you have an active subscription, it's recommended to cancel it first
Pending Orders: If you have pending orders, wait for them to be completed

Can my data be recovered after I delete my account?

No. Account deletion is permanent and your data cannot be recovered. After deletion is complete, all data is removed from our servers.

Can I delete my account while my subscription is active?

Yes, but we recommend canceling your subscription first. If the account is deleted while the subscription is active, automatic refund for the remaining period will not be made.

What happens to my listings on Etsy?

When you delete your Listybox account, your existing listings on Etsy are not affected. However, you can no longer manage these listings through Listybox.

How long does it take to download my data?

Data download requests are responded to within 30 days under GDPR. Usually completed within 7-14 days.

What format will I receive my data in?

JSON or CSV format according to your preference. Content:

Profile information
Artwork list
Creation list
Listing history
Transaction logs

Where is my payment information stored?

Your payment information is not stored on Listybox servers, but on Stripe's secure infrastructure. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
