Step-by-Step Resolution Guide

1. Check Payment Status

Step 1: Check your registered email

  • Look for "Payment failed" emails

Step 2: Update your payment method

  1. Try to log in

  2. If redirected to payment page, update your card

Step 3: Verify card details

  • Is expiry date valid?

  • Sufficient credit limit?

  • Online transactions enabled?

2. Check Subscription Status

Trial Period:

  • Your 3-day trial may have expired

  • If payment fails after trial, your account is downgraded to FREE plan

Solution:

  1. Log in

  2. Go to Settings > Subscription

  3. Select an active plan and complete payment

3. Security Check

If your account was locked due to suspicious activity:

  1. Check your registered email for security alerts

  2. Contact our support team

Is my Etsy shop affected?

Your existing Etsy listings are not affected when Listybox account is disabled. However, you cannot push new listings or make updates.
