Scheduled Publish allows you to automatically publish your listings at a specific date and time instead of publishing immediately. Use Cases:

How to Use Scheduled Publish
Method 1: Single Listing
Go to My Listings page
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the listing row you want to schedule
Select "Schedule Publish" option
Set date and time
Click "Schedule" button
Method 2: Bulk Scheduling
Select multiple listings on My Listings page (checkboxes)
Click the "Actions" menu in the top toolbar
Select "Schedule Publish"
Set date/time for all selected listings
Click "Schedule All" button

Scheduled listings are shown with a special badge on My Listings page:
Status Values:
Draft - Draft, not yet published
Scheduled - Scheduled, will publish at set time
Published - Live, active on Etsy
Failed - Publishing failed
Cancelling a Schedule
To cancel a scheduled listing that hasn't been published yet:
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the listing row
Select "Cancel Schedule" option
Confirm
⚠️ Note: Cancelled listing returns to Draft status.
Editing a Schedule
To change the scheduled date/time:
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the listing row
Select "Edit Schedule" option
Set new date/time
Click "Update" button
Best Practices
1. Optimal Publishing Times
For US market: EST 10:00-14:00
For European market: CET 18:00-21:00
Weekend mornings are usually busy
2. Gradual Publishing
Instead of publishing many listings at once, schedule them at hourly intervals
This may provide better visibility in Etsy's algorithm
3. Seasonal Planning
Prepare listings at least 2-3 weeks ahead for holiday seasons
Schedule ahead for Black Friday, Christmas periods
