How Listybox credit system works, what daily quota means, and how to track your usage

What is the Credit System?

Listybox uses a credit-based system to power all AI features. This system ensures:

  • Access to all features regardless of your plan

  • Control over your usage

  • Predictable costs

Each action consumes a specific number of credits. For example, generating an AI image, publishing a listing, or exporting a trend artwork uses credits.

Daily Quota System

Your monthly credits are distributed equally across each day of the month. This approach:

  • Ensures fair access for all users

  • Provides consistent service throughout the month

  • Balances system resource usage

Actions that don't use credits:

  • Browsing the Product Catalog

  • Connecting and managing stores

  • Order processing and tracking

  • Settings and profile editing

  • Artwork uploads (on paid plans)

How to Track Your Usage

You can see your daily usage percentage on your Dashboard:

Warning system:

  • At 80%: "You're approaching today's limit" warning

  • At 100%: Notification showing reset time

What Happens When I Reach My Daily Quota?

When you reach your daily quota:

  1. Credit-consuming actions temporarily pause

  2. Non-credit actions continue normally (catalog browsing, order management, etc.)

  3. Quota resets automatically at midnight UTC (03:00 Turkey Time)

Your options:

  • Wait for the reset (maximum 24 hours)

  • Upgrade to a higher plan for immediate access to more daily credits

Important Information

Unused credits don't roll over

  • Daily: Unused daily quota doesn't carry over to the next day

  • Monthly: Unused monthly credits don't carry over to the next month

  • Credit costs may be updated based on AI and infrastructure costs

  • Significant changes will be communicated via email

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there a daily quota instead of using all monthly credits at once?

The daily quota system ensures fair and consistent service for all users. It also keeps AI infrastructure costs predictable and prevents credit depletion early in the month.

Can I purchase additional credits?

Currently, purchasing additional credits is only available for Enterprise plans. For other plans, we recommend upgrading to a higher tier.

When does the welcome bonus expire?

The welcome bonus is valid for 7 days from account creation. Unused bonus credits are removed after this period.

Are features marked as "included" truly unlimited?

"Included" means you won't pay extra for that feature. However, all features operate within your daily credit quota. For example, "ListyStyle (included)" means you can generate as many ListyStyle images as you want, but each one uses 20 credits.

What happens if I upgrade mid-month?

When you upgrade, your new plan's daily quota becomes active immediately. You'll use your new quota for the remaining days.
