What is Canva Integration?
Canva integration allows you to edit your Listybox artworks directly in the Canva editor. Changes made are automatically synchronized back to Listybox.

Prerequisites
To use Canva integration:
Canva account - Free or Pro
Listybox account - All plans supported
Artwork - At least one artwork to edit
Note: Canva Pro account is not required for Listybox integration. However, Pro features like transparent background export are only active for Canva Pro users.
Connecting Canva
Method 1: Settings > Integrations
Select Settings from the left menu
Go to the Integrations tab
Find the Canva card
Click the "Connect to Canva" button
Log in with your Canva account
Approve permissions
Method 2: Artwork Detail Modal
Go to My Artworks page
Click on an artwork (detail modal opens)
Click "Connect to Canva" button
Log in with your Canva account
Editing Artworks in Canva
After integration is connected:
Quick Access from My Artworks
Go to My Artworks page (
/artworks)Hover over the artwork card you want to edit
A blue Canva icon appears in the bottom left corner
Click the icon → Canva editor opens
Make your edits
Save → Automatically syncs to Listybox

To disconnect Canva:
Go to Settings > Integrations
Click "Disconnect" on the Canva card
