Daily Capacity

How daily production capacity works, what uses it, and where to track your usage

Written by Tunahan KORKMAZ

What Is Daily Capacity?

Listybox plans come with a daily production capacity rather than a fixed number of items. We do not publish a numeric limit, and we do not sell our plans as unlimited. In normal use you should be able to plan your day's work without counting operations.

  • You get access to every feature whichever plan you are on

  • Higher plans come with more daily capacity

  • Capacity is set at a level intended to cover ordinary seller workloads

We may apply fair-use limits to keep the service available for everyone and to prevent automated bulk usage that goes beyond ordinary seller work.

Which Actions Use Capacity?

Actions that produce something draw on your capacity. They are not equal: video generation takes the most, mockup generation the least.

  • Creating mockups and images

  • Publishing listings

  • Generating titles, tags and descriptions with Magic Wand

  • Generating ListyStyle images and videos

  • Exporting Trend Compass artwork

Actions that use no capacity:

  • Browsing the Product Catalog

  • Connecting and managing shops

  • Processing and tracking orders

  • Settings and profile changes

How Do You Track Your Usage?

Your dashboard shows the day's usage as a percentage. We warn you at two points:

  • 80%: "You are approaching your daily capacity"

  • 100%: A notice showing the reset time

What Happens When Capacity Runs Out?

  • Actions that use capacity pause until the next reset

  • Actions that use no capacity keep working normally

  • Capacity resets every day at midnight UTC (03:00 Turkey time)

Your options: wait for the reset, or move to a higher plan and get more daily capacity right away.

If You Reach Capacity Repeatedly

Nothing is lost and no surprise bill appears. Our rules are simple:

  • We do not charge overage fees. Reaching your capacity never triggers an extra charge without your approval.

  • We never move your account to a higher plan on our own. A plan change happens only when you approve it.

  • If you hit the ceiling several days in a row, we get in touch. Either we review your usage together or we put together an Enterprise+ setup that matches your volume. The decision is yours.

Capacity is per account. If an account is shared, capacity is resold to third parties, or automated bulk calls go beyond human use, we write to you first; if that is not resolved, capacity may be limited temporarily. Closing an account is a last resort.

Good to Know

  • Unused capacity does not carry over. Not to the next day and not to the next billing period.

  • Capacity can change. It may be adjusted in line with infrastructure costs; we announce significant changes by email.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is capacity daily instead of one monthly pool?

Spreading it across the days keeps service fair and consistent for everyone, and stops the whole month's capacity being used up in the first days.

Can I buy extra capacity?

Capacity tuned to your volume is part of Enterprise+. On other plans we suggest moving to a higher plan.

Are features marked "included" unlimited?

"Included" means you pay nothing extra for that feature. Features run within your daily capacity and are not billed separately.

What happens if I upgrade mid-month?

Your new plan's daily capacity becomes active immediately and applies for the rest of the period.
